Day 7 - Creation Museum!

We went to the Creation Museum today. It is done by Answers in Genesis, and is REALLY cool! It takes all of the scientific evidence relating to the beginning of the world, and examines it from a biblical perspective. The buildings and displays were really awesome, and some had real animals. It was really awesome to see the recreations of the Garden of Eden, and how the animals and humans would have all interacted before the fall. If you ever get the chance to go, I would definitely recommend it! My Dad's cousin & family came with us. It was really great to see them!

The Museum is really beautiful, and has gorgeous gardens outside. The only thing that could have made the gardens nicer would be if it wasn't 85 degrees and 200% humidity. Seriously... I could hardly breathe. But it was still beautiful anyway!

P.S. Jimmy's ankle puffed up like a puffer fish this morning, and he couldn't walk on it at all. So, my Mom and I took him to St. Luke's hospital here, and he got x-rays. Notice how big his right ankle is! The good news is that it isn't broken. The bad news is that he can't really walk on it. So he got a handy dandy pair of crutches, and rented a wheelchair at the museum. So he got to relax and be wheeled around the whole day. Maybe when he's had enough attention, I'll sprain my ankle too...

P.P.S. Sorry Jo, but none of the people here have enough teeth to meet the criteria. Maybe I'll have better luck in the next state! =)

Hey there. This is a voice from the past. It's Dahling...GaGa's friend who used to be from New Yawk. Now I'm a full-time resident of Florida (but I don't do early-bird specials).

GaGa was gushing yesterday, as usual, when she was telling me about your website Jenn so I finally asked her for the info while we were on the phone. I was blown away when I got on the site. VERY impressive.

I went through the various days and viewed the pix. I must admit that the only one I recognized was your Mom. The last time I saw you guys you had just returned from France and I was enthralled with your experiences. You have all grown up...some more "up" than others. I see your Dad has more gray hair since the last I saw him. You don't need to share that with him.

I love reading about your day-to-day travels. For some reason I'm getting an urge for buffalo burgers...NOT...but definitely fudge.

Sorry Jenn but Jimmy looks the scariest to me when you guys were so bored that you made funny faces.

BTW, are you guys heading my way? Gracie and I would love to have you come and visit. Remember, what does a Jewish girl make for dinner??? Reservations!!! Our Clubhouse makes you feel like you are at a resort. I still can't believe it's mine. I know GaGa doesn't own a bathing suit so the pool wouldn't interest her. How about you guys? I hope YOU swim!!! Ha Ha.

Well, I could go on and on and then you might not have space for others bloggers. WOW. I guess that makes me a blogger. It's my first time at this.

Keep having a good time. I know I don't have to tell you to keep laughing.

Happy trails.
Love,
Jeanne

Aww poor JimBoy! I hope you feel better soon.
-Jenn wait to sprain your ankle until you are around military personnel or there are hot ER doctors at the hospital. Then you guys can fall in love as he tends to your owwie. But don't forget to bring his hott brother home for me! :)

PS Were Adam and Eve in the exhibit? I'm curious what Answers in Genesis thought they looked like
